Privacy

This page explains what Hanwick LLC (“Hanwick”, “we”) learns about you through hanwick.co, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it. The short version: we only know what you type into our forms, we use it to reply to you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

When you request a consultation: your name, email address, company name and size, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and a note about your business.

When you apply for a job: the role, your name, email address, a link to your work or résumé, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and a note.

When you visit: like every website, ours is served by a hosting company whose servers keep short-lived technical records of each request: your IP address, browser type, the page asked for and the time. These records keep the site running and protect it from abuse; we don’t use them to identify you.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising pixels, including Meta’s and Google’s. Nothing tracks you from page to page or follows you to other websites.

How we use it

• To reply to your consultation request and, if you want, to talk about working together.
• To consider your job application and contact you about it.
• To keep the website and our forms working and safe from spam and abuse.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We don’t sell your information, rent it, or use it to advertise to you. We don’t add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

A few companies handle your information for us, only to provide their service:

• Vercel, which hosts this website and processes form submissions.
• Resend, which delivers each form submission to our inbox by email.
• Our email provider, which stores those emails and our replies.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or with a buyer if our business is ever sold, who would have to treat it as this page describes.

How long we keep it

We keep consultation requests and job applications for as long as we need them to reply, to work with you, or to consider you for a role, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email privacy@hanwick.co and we’ll reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm it’s you before we act on the request.

Keeping it safe

Everything sent to and from this site is encrypted in transit, and only the people at Hanwick who need your information can see it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care, and we’ll tell you if your information is ever exposed where the law requires us to.

Children

This site is for businesses and job seekers. It isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
